5 Bedrooms – on the upper floor a master suite, restroom and bathroom (35m²), and next to it an advanced dry sauna suitable for 4 people. On the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms, two of which with access to the yard, each room is air-conditioned and comes with cable TV and WiFi connection. Furthermore, the Villa boasts two additional bathrooms (restroom and shower) to those of the master suite.

The living room was designed with the guests’ comfort in mind, with extra long and deep sofas to create a comfortable and inviting seating area.

Next to the living room you will find a bright kitchen and dining area and two exits to the yard

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a king’s feast .

Outside you will find a private, fenced pool, heated in the winter, jets SPA Jacuzzi fitting up to 6 people, an outdoor shower, lounge areas, sunbeds, a shaded designed dining area, a large dining table, a fully equipped charcoal BBQ station, and Table Tennis.
